Abstract
This report distills leading practices in the collection and use of e-data for fisheries governance, drawing on comparative case studies; Case Studies and Summary Report, which gathers and analyses the collection and use of e-data in fisheries management of Australia, New Zealand, Spain, the United States, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI). It also reflects input gathered through country-specific studies of the legal regimes governing e-data in Chile, Mexico, Panama and Peru, conducted as part of the project Legal Ocean
