A guide to aid fisheries enforcement and other agency officers, such as customs agents and vessel registrars, who may not be aware of the types of assistance available to them from other countries and regional and international organizations, or how to secure such help. The Guide covers international cooperation, international legal frameworks, the policing capabilities of INTERPOL and a practical guide to investigating fisheries related crimes.
