Abstract
The Legal Ocean Watch (LOW) project was developed within the context of civil society organisations with the capacity to litigate and secure rulings in administrative and judicial forums, with the aim of identifying gaps and opportunities in current legislation to prosecute illegal activities committed at sea that can be observed using satellite technology.
