International Cooperation and Partnerships

The International Cooperation and Partnerships theme was introduced by Malinee Smithrithee, Secretary-General, Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center. The presentations and panel discussion examined the requirements for effective international collaborations through an examination of different multi-state alliances, state partnerships and MCS support provided by intergovernmental and non-governmental organisations.
